Making Life Simple

Alexa is on this kick lately to shorten all of her words. Instead of calling her dolls her Barbies, they are her "Barbs." She recently got a new Tankiny, but to her it is called a "tank!" Today when I picked her up from my cousin Holli's who is going to babysit her Alexa informed me that she calls her "Holl." Why use the whole word when you can just abbreviate it.
